Government plans to create jobs for older workers
The Ministry of Employment and Labor (MOEL) held a ministerial meeting on 19 October and announced its employment policies for older workers. The MOEL plans to promote an environment where more jobs for older workers are created through the introduction of wage peak systems, expansion of competency- and performance-based wage systems and deregulation of dispatch employment.
