  1. National Assembly concentrates on the passage of employment & labor bills

The National Assembly held a plenary session on 9 November and passed 117 bills including the revised Labor Standards Act.

ㆍ Acknowledge work-related commuting accidents as occupational if workers were commuting on their regular route

ㆍ Acknowledge workers’ right to claim selectively and establish an institution to consult and adjust the amount of indemnity
